How far in advance do I need to book?

For large grazing tables and styled packages, we recommend booking at least 6 weeks ahead. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on schedule.

Do you cater dietary requirements?

Yes — we can accommodate gluten-free, vegetarian and other dietary needs. Just mention this when booking. Additional fees may apply.

Do I need to supply anything?

No. All styling, props, tableware and setup items can be provided. We will let you know if your location requires anything specific. Additional fees may apply.

What areas do you service?

Townsville and surrounding areas (travel fees may apply depending on distance).

Do you require a deposit?

Yes — a small non refundable deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to your event.

Will bad weather affect my booking?

North Queensland weather can definitely be unpredictable! However we strive to be adaptable and work with you, should weather cause changes to our plans. In the unfortunate event (such as flooding or cyclone) where no amount of scrambling can save us, we will work with you to arrange another date that is suitable.
